Mehrauli Archaeological Park is situated in Delhi and comprises some historical structures like Tomb of Balban, Quli Khan’s tomb, Jamali Kamali Mosque and Tomb, Rajon Ki Bauli and others. Archaeological Park is located close to Qutub Minar World Heritage site and occupies a total area measuring 200 acres. It comprises of more than 100 monuments which boast of historical significance. The premises of Mehrauli Archaeological Park also possess the ruins of Lal Kot which was created by the Tomar Rajputs in 1060 CE.
